Soooooo, I was listening/watching world piano day in March this year, and I was overcome with emotion, it was like I'd been holding everything in or together for others having lost my Dad. It was a much needed explosion, and I felt a massive sense of forward-new along with the exhaustion.
I decided I would like some piano based instrumentals on my EPs. Trouble is, I play piano like I'm wearing 16oz boxing gloves. This is the first result! I just sat and played, no click, no plan. I think this was the second time round, no re-takes, and then almost impossible to overdub as the pauses are all over the shop, me working our where my novice fingers should go next.
The next one will be a bit more thought out... These instrumentals are also named in honour of my Dad, SID XxX

I lost my amazing Dad to leukemia in October, and these Ep's are made in honour of him.
